Supervisor, food services

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time staff, who can keep up in a fast paced work environment.

Duty will include:prepare and fill crepes, keep station clean and fresh stock of food supplies, food prepping, general cleaning, serving gelato, interacting with our customers in a friendly and accurate service.

Job Tasks:

Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure food service and quality control
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
