Wage: 20.05 hourly/ 32 (Min) to 40 hours per Week
Permanent and Full time Employment
Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Overtime, Shift, Weekend
Hiring: 1 Employee

Tasks:

1. Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
2. Assign sales workers to duties
3. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
4. Authorize payments by cheque
5. Order merchandise
6. Authorize return of merchandise
7. Establish work schedules
8. Sell merchandise
9. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
10. Organize and maintain inventory
11. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
12. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
13. Conduct performance reviews

Supervision: 3-4 people

Area of specialization: Retail store

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
