Job Description:
2143537 Alberta Inc located in Calgary, AB T3R 0N2 is hiring an Office Administrative Assistant. This job will be full-time and permanent. The work/shift will be Day, Evening, Morning, or Weekend.
Tasks:
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Supervise other workers
- Train, direct and motivate staff
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Provide customer service
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months
Work setting:
Health care institution, facility or clinic, Insurance billing
Supervision:
11-15 people
