• Location: 4400 Rochdale Blvd, Regina, SKS4X 4P7
• Work location: On site
• Salary: 62,000 annually / 35 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment and Full time
• Shift, Available is needed during weekend
• Starts as soon as possible

Tasks
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Supervision
• 5-10 people

• Food Safety Certificate
