Job Description

– Require class 5 drivers licence.
– Safely operate hand and power tools while adhering to safety procedures and wearing personal protective equipment.
– Perform cleaning duties for both interior and exterior of automotive vehicles.
– Conduct maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing electrical fixtures, and climbing ladders to service rooftop HVAC systems.
– Have a basic understanding of safety protocols within an automotive environment.
– Perform tasks like jump-starting batteries, refueling vehicles with gas or diesel.
– Possess basic plumbing skills such as changing fixtures and clearing sewer lines.
– Demonstrate general knowledge of building maintenance and know when to involve a tradesperson for complex tasks.
