Job Description

Sales Supervisor – Retail is required in a very busy gas station.

22.05 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment and full-time
Shift: Early morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend, Overtime available

Starts as soon as possible
Hiring: 1 Vacancy
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
2. Assign sales workers to duties
3. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
4. Authorize payments by cheque
5. Order merchandise
6. Authorize return of merchandise
7. Establish work schedules
8. Sell merchandise
9. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
10. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
11. Organize and maintain inventory
12. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
13. Manage cash
14. Conduct performance reviews

Supervision of 3-4 people
